Tanks

We manufacture & export a wide range of HDPE / PP Hemicylindircal tanks are primarily used for pickling purpose. These tanks are provided with MS structural support from outside to give external mechanical strength and support when loaded with chemical. HDPE tanks can withstand upto 60C & PP tanks can withstand upto 110C. These tanks can be made of any size as per the customer’s requirement and will be perfectly fitted inside the MS structural support.

IN PROFILE WALL TANKS THE WALL OF THE TANKS ARE SOLID WALL LIKE OHER TANKS BUT in addition it has a PP CORE TUBE REINFORCEMNT ALL OVER THE SHELL TO PROVIDE EXTERNAL STRENGTH TO THE TANK. THIS PP CORE TUBE IS AGAIN COATED WITH HDPE. THESE TANKS ARE ALSO GIVE IN HEMICYLINDRICAL SHAPE FOR PICKING AND ACID DIPPING PURPOSES  UPTO A TEMP OF 60C.
